At Guiding Fox, we run safe, inclusive, and engaging School Holiday Programs for NDIS participants aged 5-15 years old,
where every child is fully supported, fully included, and fully having the time of their life.

To help make this program accessible to all families, we are offering a special promotion:

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use my NDIS plan funding to pay for the 1:1 provided support?

Yes! The cost of the 1:1 support may be covered by your NDIS plan funding.

Where does the day start & finish?

We meet daily at the Baldivis Library and use the Boobook Room as our hub.
We will be spending time here when we’re not at pre-booked activities in the community.

Can Guiding Fox arrange transport for my child to and from home each day?

Yes – and the cost may also be covered by your NDIS plan funding.

Are there any additional daily charges for activities?

Activity entry fees are paid for out of pocket and vary by activity.
If you sign up for all pre-booked activities by June 19, Guiding Fox will cover your child’s entry fees for the entire program.

My child wants to attend every session but doesn’t like one of the pre-booked community activities.
Can they do something different?

Absolutely! Please let us know at the time of enrolling and we can arrange something else to suit your child.
Note – additional out of pocket charges may be incurred depending on the alternate activity chosen.

What happens if pre-booked plans need to change?

If plans change for any reason, we’ll be in touch ASAP.

Is there anything else I need to consider?

Please make sure your child is dressed appropriately for the day’s activities and weather.
Outings may get messy, so please pack accordingly.
